Hii doctor... Just wanted to know if i can take fenugreek seeds extract capsules for increasing breast milk... Is it safe and how many capsules can i take per day?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. yes you can take regularly also. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
