Q.

Hii doctor I have another second child he is 25 days old , he is not sucking milk sometimes I gave him powder milk what should I do so he take the milk, how much quantity a child should take milk in a day, what should be his weight?

A. hi dear mom baby should gain at least 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient do not give powder milk or formula it can cause refusal of breastfeeding
