Q.

Hii Doctor. I am feeling that my breast milk production is very less compared to previous months.. please doctor suggest me what I have to intake with milk so that my breast produce more milk. now.my baby is 4 months old

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated and your milks supply is sufficient for your baby. Also as baby grows his milk Sucking power also increases. As he is able to take in more milk in lesser time. Also,you should drink milk twice in a day and add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk either. Also eat everything healthy.
