Hii doctor , after my delivery I have not taken follow up consultation dur to covid fondamic , is it necessary to take follow up and I am loosing my weight before my consive I was 52 kg now I guess 46 kg , i sm getting full giddiness and I am not getting complete sleep if my baby sleeps also, i am not getting sleep, please just me what I have to do.
