my son is 18months old and I can see his teeth all around in his mouth (15-16teeth) followed by red gums (could be swollon) because he is not eating anything except my breast milk. Occassionally he is having fever however only head,palm and feet got hot (warm). please suggest how to help him for gums and his appetite.

look like he is in teething phase. 
Make sure she is getting enough fluids even if she is not eating to prevent dehydration. If you are concerned about her eating habits, call your pediatrician.

Give ur baby teethers as they put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething. U can buy #Babyhug teethers that are BPA free and non toxic.
Secondly
U can give natural appetiser like coconut water, jeera water, curd with mint, ajwain water etc to increase the appetite of ur baby
