hii doc from past few days there are small white pimples on baby thigh area and buttockws , soles of feet . what would it be

A. If it is spreading maybe some kind of an allergy or infection you should get a check with the doctor because without a physical assessment it would be very difficult to assist you what the problem could be which is why it’s better to take an assistance with your doctor physically
