Hie.. my baby had constipation..what can I do he is 7 months old..

be very slow in weaning.
give only liquids like rice water or fruit purees or dal ka Pani or
if baby accepting well then start khichdi dalia oats etc..in watery purée.
offer Lukewarm water every hour

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. Give warm water. give your kid lukewarm water every morning and it's good to give warm water throughout the day. Include a banana everyday. Also you can soak raisins in water over night and can filter can water alone. This is also quite effective
