hie doctor I'm O negative, and my husband A positive. so shall I take anti d ??? is necessary for 1st pregnancy. ? if so to, when should we take that?? if in case of baby blood group RH positive.

A. get coomb test then see.See you can show to a gynac and get the right opinion as it needs examination and check up in person.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

A. Your gynecologist may suggest you to ict 8n dilution , further she suggest need of anti d injection
