Hie can anyone suggest me what should be diet chart for 1 year old boy . He is low in Hb , doctor said he is not getting proper nutrient . please help me out

Offer different varieties of food
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Make meal time fun with toys and story
Give iron rich diet like spinach green vegetables beetroot etc
Take a good care of your baby
