Hi, y baby boy is 13 months, I just stopped giving breast milk to my baby because he is not interested in solids if he have breast milk, now can any one suggest how to stop producing breast milk ? coz I feel heavy now after i stop feeding him...

it contains lots of antibodies that build baby immunity and protects from all viral infections.
you can start other diet side by side

Breast milk will stop on its own as the baby is not sucking now.
As ur breast is getting heavy, express ur milk and discard it..
Slowly the milk production will stop. Take care
