Hi will there be variations in periods after pregnancy..am a breast feeding mom

A. Hai good morning !! Yes irregularity in periods post delivery in most cases is observed due to harmonal changes,low haemoglobin,stress and other factors. You can overcome by having balanced diet,walking ,stress free . 2-4 weeks delay in periods is okay but consult gynaecologist if more weeks delay meanwhile follow contraceptive methods to avoid next pregnancy.
