you can use any kids brand small head age appropriate toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of nonfluoridated flavoured kid's toothpaste twice daily upto the age of 3 years..

Maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
