ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, Their is no particular one food but you could probably give them semi solid and mashed foods , add variety from varied food groups such as ghee , ragi porridge , home made cerelac mix, kichidi , steamed vegetables fruits
