hi what can I do to increase weight of my 5 yr 4 month old son..he is very choosy in eating..also what should be his weight according to his age?

chid learns from seeing so b the example of healty eating for ur child
let him eat alongwith family same food do not prepare special different foods
but u can beforehand offet choices between any 2 foods u want him to try
involve in grocery shopping cooking easy interesting recipes
