Q.

Hi We want to introduce soy milk to our baby to improve her protein intake and calcium as well . Is this right age to start it ? Please shed some light on giving soy milk as substitute for cow’s milk

A. dear Mum, you should not give soy milk to your baby it is not recommended source of milk for child upto 2 years unless and until it is part of formula
