U can take 
🔴variety rice... 
🔴idli fry
🔴idli chutney for consuming within 2 hrs
🔴idli n dry chutney or onion tomato chutney for consuming within 8 hrs
🔴Set dosa... Thick dosas with chutney as idli above
🔴roti / puri and dry subzi
🔴raw veggies like tomato... Cucumber... Onion...radish...As salad
🔴curd for consumption within 4 hrs  or
🔴take warm milk with a spoon of curd mixed... Will become curd in 6 hrs
( we do this and get good curd which isn't sour) to eat with paratha... Thepla etc
🔴dry bhel
🔴roasted peanuts ...          Roasted bengal gram dal
🔴paratha variety
🔴thepla variety with different pickles like fresh chilli... Lemon... Mix veg.... Mango pickle... Chundaa
