hi we are bleesed with a baby girl on October 7th. after that my wife got done tubectomy. we are in a confusion state about what to eat what not to eat. in order to give mother's milk and to protect surgery wound please give me some subjection

A. hi parent easy to digest food like soups and probiotics meshed vegetables and fruits use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 and keep yourself well hydrated take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning take khichdi rice upma
