hi, we applied lotion on head for my 1 month old baby. after apply layer was formed on head. how to remove that layer.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. your child is having cradle cap or seborrheic dermatitis (baby dandruff)
you have to daily apply baby shampoo (spoo is good brand) on the scalp of the child xduring the bathing.
do not apply any type of oil on the scalp during the daytime but only apply oil at the night time.
within one week the cradle cap will disappear.

cradle cap is baby dandruff and is a type of fungal infection .
