hi today I had severe abdominal pain and vomit and went to the hospital..I took scan..these are the thing highlighted in report..
calculus of size 4.6mm in the middle calyx of right kidney.
multiple enlarged mesenteric lymphnodes of short axis 4-5mm seen in RIF
Right hydroureteronephrasis -? Mid/distal uretiric calculus.

only tomo I can consult the doctor..till then I am very afraid is it normal or need to worry about the stone..through medicine we can get thro th stone from kidney..

You will need further investigation. Your doctor might also ask you to get a CT scan done. As far as the stone is concerned the urologist will tell you what to do depending on the location.
