Hi there!my son is 3.6 years old while taking steam hot water fell on his lap n he got burnt i applied Colgate on that part anything else I can apply to get him relief from the burn pain

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. it's Imogen to avoid giving steam inhalation directly like this.. Run cool water over the burn,
Do not use ice directly on the burn wound,
Cover the burn with a clean bandage or cloth,
Apply an Aloe Vera gel to ease pain.
Apply Silverex cream on the burnt patch twice to thrice a day for a few days. Consult the children doctor for the sametc

silver nitrate cream is very good and effective against burn of any kind
make.sure she's not taking it into her mouth
please consult your pediatrician or a nearby physician
