hi.. suddenly my 2yrs old girl is not having her afternoon nap since 2days...she just want to play due to her change of schedule I m noticing she is getting frustrated...may i know the reason why she doesn't want to sleep in the afternoon..

A. Ma’am sometimes kids don’t get tired enough and they don’t sleep all they wake up late in the morning or sleep late in the night which is why the schedule gets disturbed so if your child is not sleeping in the day your child is sleeping well by eight or nine in the night and wake up by sleeping through the night and that’s a very good routine it will really help you when the child starts going to school and right now the irritation and the frustration could be either due to teeth coming or premolars
