massage well with coconut oil before Bath and at bedtime.
offer more liquids and fruits.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

Nivea you go for lotion or you go for cream whatever your choices it is very very good I’ve been using it for my child for past two years never had a complain so you can use it you can go for the white bottle or blue bottle whatever is easily available to you because it is the call so it is good as well
