hi sir myv2months old baby boy has not pooped for 3days .he passing gas.his feed is normal..he is peeing normal..what to do

A. Some babies pass stools multiple times a day, while some may pass even after a week. As long as its not bothering the baby and tge feed and sleep patterns are fine, u need not worry. Specially if u breastfeeding. But if u notice a hard tummy or a disturbed and crying child out of normal, tgen consult with ur doctor.
