Hi sir, my son shaurya Shukla milk tooth has broken two month ago but still teeth is not growing in replace. please suggest. please find attached picture

A. Hi there's no picture attached with this question.. usually permanent teeth erupts within a gap of 3-6 months after the shedding of milk teeth.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination
