hi sir .. my son name vedaksh .he is 2 years old .he is hyper active but not talking words he always interested on games ,dancing and etc other activities ..y sir

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. good evening definitely by the time the child should have been able to speak at least the basic words if your child is not able to talk at all then it is a matter of concern in that case I would recommend you to visit a speech therapist for examination
