Q.

Hi sir.. My son is 15 month old... Past days he was suffering from viral.. Now he is fine but after that he is crying all the time n not take diet properly even sleep only 6 to 7 hrs in whole day.. Please help me out

A. Hi Take care of your baby Complete medicine course prescribe by doctor Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
