hi sir, my son having fever and shivering since yesterday v r giving paracetamol 6 ml every four hours n meftal p 5 ml every 8 hours but once medicine power reduces again shivering and fever coming please advise.

A. hi dr before fever comes he's having high shivering and fever reaching upto 104..and he's eyes r getting red n light yellow puss coming

A. maybe it's a viral de for daily the symptom you can be giving paracetamol 6 hourly that is fine and if the fever is reducing by somewhat then it will be normal is due to 5 days
