hi sir my son 3yr 4m old every month sick every month cold cough and fever he is not eating proper food pickely eating

A. pleaae give him.immunity booster food, offer fruits n fruit juice, green leafy veghies, soups, curd, milk n mikk products, dry fruits n nuts, educate him fir proper hand washing. ok
