Q.

Hi Sir, my new born baby bilirubin total is 15.2 Is 15.2 is normal or not. doctor is asking to admit Baby in hospital for phototherapy. please help and answer??

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question in some cases the pediatrician advises just exposure to sunlight in the morning. however it also depends on the overall health of the baby full stop my suggestion would be if you are in two Minds get a second opinion or go with what your pediatrician is advising this is going to be one or two sessions of phototherapy
