Hi sir my kids are suffering from fever from past few days. after medication it is reduced but at night fever is appering back. he is suffering leg pain fue to medication. we are hopeless what to do. please suggest us if any test Or different medication

Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. 
But if fever is high grade and persisting  or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out .
Antipyretic dlike paracetamol or ibuprofen  or mefenamic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukeywarm water is also helpful . 
Doctor consultation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability  dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .
