Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is very important to meet your doctor to confirm whether the weight and height of the child is within normal limits or not
and to know if child is suffering from any nutritional deficiency because that can lead to loss of appetite.
offer different recipes and flavours made from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits daily to improve the weight and height of the child
give plenty of water to drink and juice extracted from fruits which acts as natural xappetizer
if the child is not allergic then you can add dry fruit powder as well as ghee to the diet which will help in improvingx the calorie and protein in the diet.
go through different diet plan as well as recipes which is present in firstcry application.
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. When a child is anaemic and they do have very low level of haemoglobin it affects the appetite of the child in the growth of the child so along with the treatment that you are following I would definitely advise you to give beetroot and pomegranate every day and black rice because these things are so much rich in Iron that they’re going to help and faster meeting up of the deficiencies
