hi sir, my baby is 4 years old when ever she goes for excretion she feels pain, does she has the probability of having piles?

A. it is due to hard stool. Constipation Is very common in kids mainly in toddlers due to less water intake or less fiber intake . Just increase the quantity of both for normal motions . Also lactulose can be guven but only if age is more than 2 yr .
