POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Most babies stop spitting up by around 6 or 7 months old, or once they learn to sit up on their own. As their muscles develop and get stronger, babies are able to keep food down more easily. However, some babies continue to spit up until their first birthday.
