hi sir my baby boy was 2 months old his crying at nit. and when his sleep I heard some grunt sound. and I saw some mucus in her poop greenish color plss suggest me

Ur baby is crying of colic pain or gas in stomach. Give colic aid 2-3 times in a day to help baby expel gas from stomach.
If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise, passing out urine 6-8 times in a day, accepting feeds then then no need to worry about mucus in stool. It can be due due to cold and cough
