Hi sir my 23-month-old daughter has an iron deficiency problem and her weight has decreased also please suggest to me which food is good for her.she is not eating fruits properly.

A. hi. if she has iron deficiency, give her iron supplement along with iron and vit c rich food. include all tyoes of pukses, chik peas, tmrajma, banana chikoo mango grapes peanuts jaggery chikki, eggs, paneer, tofu, dry fruits in her diet.
