POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Generally, babies get their bottom front teeth (central incisors) first. Sometimes teeth erupt slightly out of order. According to the Academy of Pediatrics this is usually not a cause for concern.
