hi sir I'm nithya my baby girl completed 5 months coming 12 onwards 6th month will start wt are the solid foods I have to give intially pls let us know detaily

A. hello you can start with semi so?I'd food and liquid based food in the diet after the baby complete 6 months and you can give infant formula milk in case the bm is not sufficient till then using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug which can be helpful and safe
