Hi sir I have 10ng vitamind3 deficiency Docter given 60000 k vitamind3 tablets told to take twice wee sir it’s safe to take twice week

Madam I would recommend you to go for giving it once in a week every week the same day like supposed to start on Monday so give every Monday and as long as your doctor has advised because twice in a week is not advisable so kindly crosscheck with your doctor again on giving in on weekly basis
