hi sir , I am having the 14 month baby. my age is 30 years old. I lost 5 to 6 kgs weight from the last 8 months . I am continuing breast feeding to baby. is there any problem because of weight loss.how can I gain weight while feeding baby.

No in fact you should not be losing this kind of weight because when you’re a breastfeeding mother you really eat a lot because you have to feed the child your appetite actually increases so I would suggest you to consult your doctor one time and also get yourself tested for thyroid
