hi sir ,I am a mother of 15 months old boy.i want to ask the question about teething pattern.My bab"s upper lateral teeth of right side is not coming .he has 6 teeth in lower and 4 teeth at upper side .canine teeth is also in process .but right lateral teeth of upper side is not coming.plz suggest it is normal pattern ??

A. there is a lot of variation in the process of eruption of teeth do not worry about this baby we'll be getting all the teeth in course of time o k

A. hi mam, usually babies get their first set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 year. so as such no need to worry. although if you have any dobut ,it is better to consult your pediatrician or dentist for once.
