hi sir, i am 7 months 25 days pregnant,and i have 1 yrs 10 months daughter too, she feed my milk till now, and i am very worried about my health, i am not gaining my weight, and my daughter weight is still 10.5 kg only from last 1 yr, can you please suggest me what can i do weight gain and ny daughter too.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom would suggest to first wean her off your feed , as that will over change your health and improve as well . And secondly will do same for your daughter .. Give her now regular foods that are made at home for the family and also start on animal milk preferably cows milk
