Hi sir, Good morning. My son is 22 months. He is always in search of eating for sand and dust particles etc. We are using iron syrup also but no use. His intake of food Is very less from 10 days. can u please suggest some good food.

A. Deworm the child once in six months and keep nails trim and wash hands before eating anything and try to make him understand about not to eat it and start a calcium supplement
