Hi shall I give poha apple puree to my 7 month baby.should the poha to be fried before use it. please suggest.

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, yes you can give poba and apple pure to your baby. There is no problem at all. And there is no need to dry them,before givi g. You can boil apple before giving that to baby as will.not be able to chew.
And poha should also be given as mashed form.
