Hi, plz suggest a diet chart of 6 month baby.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom babies need to be introduced to liquids first and then semi solids and mashed foods . Alternate it with your feed , you can give in small quantities first and with one time a day meal and then gradually increase the quantity and number of meals and variety as well
