Hi pls help my baby got fever yesterday afternoon then i gave her crocin drops but after 6 hrs she got fever again in last 24 hrs the frequency of fever is 6-7 hrs. Can pls suggest what should i do ?

A. Fever is a response of the bodyy to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
