hi..pls help me.after 10 months of normal delivery i dnt get my period..as i worried.is it norml or not.

A. well in breastfeeding its actually ok.. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changebest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok

A. good evening it is nothing to worry about as long as you are feeding the child it is normal to have irregularity when you will stop feeding your baby you will notice it will resume like before nothing to worry
