Q.

hi, past few months 4-5 times my sugar levels came down. I had gestation diabetes in my last trimester. my eating habits is good. and I'm lactating mother. should I worry ??

A. hi dont worry check your sugars if possible consult a qualified dietitian take good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well with lukewarm water
