Q.

Hi. Our 16 months twins (9 and 9.5 kgs) have fever since yday and got dry cough today. we are giving calpol for fever. pls suggest something for dry cough.

A. Brozeet for dry cough you can give to the child twice in a day and that is going to be helpful and apart from that if you need you can visit your doctor for further assistance medicine for fever you already giving but you have to give this medicine also for reducing the issue
