hi, night me sote huye meri betu apne teeths ko kati kat karti hain aur so nahi pati h iski vajah se please tell us what we need to do

babies grind their teeth during the teething phase to get relief from itching in the gums caused by the erupting teeth..other reason could be due to worms in stomach.. consult with your pediatrician for regular health checkup of your child
