Hi myself mom of vansh mehta who is 3 years old boy.My qtn is why my child weight is not increasing inspite of having proper meals . His weight is 11 only and his height is also very less.Pls help me how do i increase his weight n height

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for 2l3 years old child you can give full cream milk either plain or in the form of banana shake , Chikoo shake, strawberry shake etc they are healthy, filling and also helps in gaining weight.
Give your baby ghee butter cheese etc but in limit Also balance her diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits
